Southend City Day

After a successful first year, Southend City Day is returning on 7 March 2026.

This year, as well as events in Southend city centre, events will be taking place right across our city, from Leigh-on-sea to Shoeburyness, keep an eye on this page for information about events in your area.

Event organisers are inviting local performers, schools & colleges and community groups to run activities and to showcase their talents in and around Southend High Street, ensuring the event highlights the very best of Southend’s vibrant community.
