Southend LuminoCity returns in 2023 as one of the best free events in Southend this winter.

This fantastic light festival will be brightening up the February Half Term with a series of awe-inspiring light installations that will transform Southend’s iconic landmarks, and let you experience the city in a whole new light.

​New for LuminoCity 2023! See some of the street art from Southend City Jam illuminated with dazzling lighting displays, adding another dimension to the incredible artworks that have been left as a legacy of the festival back in September.
