Join Southend Museums after dark on ‘Halloween Eve’ at Prittlewell Priory for a special screening of popular gothic horror ‘The Woman in Black’ (2012). Immerse yourself in this historic thriller in the fitting setting of the Victorian Parlour and answer the question…’what did they see?’
Popcorn and other refreshments will be available to purchase in the visitor centre beforehand. Refreshments will be available from the visitor centre from 5pm, the doors to the parlour will open at 5.30pm, and the film will start promptly at 6pm.
The film’s run time is 95 minutes. Please note: this film is for age 15+ only.
This screening is ‘BYOB’.. bring your own blankets! There will be a few cushions to hand for visitors to borrow, but visitors are encouraged to bring their own cushions to place on the chairs for comfort.
