The centre has a range of fantastic facilities; including an excellent gym, and an extensive programme of group exercise classes in their studios, indoor cycling studio, amazing new INTENCITY HIIT training studio & café.

It also offers both indoor and outdoor facilities for all types of sports including Tennis, Football and Athletics. The swimming pools are second to none with a 25m, 8 lane competition main pool for both recreational and competitive use and a fun pool.  The centre also boasts a world class diving pool where you might see some of the world’s best divers.
