In association with Southend City Council, The Feel Good Festival is designed to showcase the fantastic health and wellbeing resources available to you. Learn about nutrition, find new ways of getting active and enjoy some great food with us. You’re welcome to pack a picnic or purchase food from our brilliant, local food vendors.
There will be free bouncy castles, performances, local market sellers and much more to keep you entertained.
Entry to the event is FREE, and there’s no need to order tickets in advance, so come down and join us!
