From 15th – 22nd February Southend Libraries celebrates the seminal Japanese art forms of Anime and Manga with our popular week long event which includes a free drop-in exhibition at The Forum exploring the evolution and extensive cultural reach of both art forms, with associated exhibits; children’s workshops in drawing and prop-making; a celebration of Cosplay and other fun activities including a family-friendly Manga Zine drop-in.
