The Crooked Billet is a pub of unique character within a traditional setting. Located in Leigh-on-Sea, the pub is a short stroll from Leigh-On-Sea Train Station and Leigh Broadway. Sitting opposite Billet Wharf, home to the famous Osbourne Brothers Cockle Sheds, it is proud to be the oldest pub in the town.

Taking its name from a boomerang-shaped tree branch, The Crooked Billet is the only pub in Leigh that’s not named after a shipping vessel. The 16th century tavern is a grade 2 listed building and boasts historic seafaring connections.
