Van Looy’s is a fully-licensed family-run traditional fish and chip restaurant and takeaway located directly opposite Southend Central C2C station and have been since 2009, although the Van Looy’s name has been a staple of Southend for over 20 years now.

Only fresh ingredients and their fish is only ever prepared once ordered – cooked upon order. Bread rolls are delivered by local bakery every morning.

They also offer light lunches such as jacket potatoes, full salads, sandwiches and even provide the option to steam or grill your fish.

The original Rossi’s vanilla ice cream is also served there.
